Default How do you reward yourself?

How do you reward yourself when you reach a certain fitness goal? What do you do for yourself to get that "motivational boost"?

Personally, I set a new goal and keep plugging. The reward was in the achieving of the goal itself. No need for extra reward.

I squat 8 times in 16 days. Quite rewarding...and painful.

I agree, always look to get better because if you're not getting better you're getting worse.
