They feel great. Just like last time with smolov, after I start getting used to the pain and volume I get both mentally and physically in the zone.

So today was the second workout of the second week
Tuesday- Day 9 Bench 185x6x8 Push Press worked up to a daily max, probably around a 9 rpe. Squat tomorrow at FAMU with the team. Finally getting down to rep ranges I can handle. |

Wednesday- Day 9
Squat 265x4x8 Deadlift 275x1x3 Finally catching up to me. Lower back is not keeping arch as well making it harder to sit back, upper quad and hip flexors are obliterated. Everyone said form looked fine today but I felt like I couldn't hit my groove or form at all. Thursday rest, Friday train. Night. |

Yea we have a couple guys in the weightlifting team who started squatting with us yesterday but quit after a couple sets complaining that their knees hurt. We're fighting through it though.

I wouldn't quit even if I wanted to at this point. Learned that the hard way before. Now I am just trying to embrace the pain and hit the squats.
