Fish oil pills have there own benefits and advantages, everyone has his own mind regarding these pills.I do eat a portion of salmon every day.
I bought the pills to give me 5 grams of fat with my meal at work, i cant really take oils with me to work, so fish oil pills seemed ideal.

The point isn't to be getting all of your fat from fish oil. I get most of my fat from olive oil from cooking, and periodic peanut butter. I do supplement with fish oil however. There is 1 gram of fat per pill, 240mg of that is omega 3. The point with fish oil pills is to add that additional healthy omega 3 fatty acids and try to tip the balance towards a healthier one when comparing omega 3, 6, and 9. No one has agreed upon what the balance is, but the omega 3 will be the minority either way. When I'm being good with my sups, I have 4 pills a day total, though I use flax seed oil pills for my omega 3, and try to ensure I am minimizing bad fats (dairy and meat fat), and have a good but not over-abundant foundation of fat. I still recommend supplementing with your fish/cod/flax oil pills, but 10 a day/meal is certainly FAR more than is likely necessary assuming a healthy diet anyway.

A few things I have tried is a food made with whole feed breads and natural peanut butter or almond butter or what ever. Add in a dairy item such as dairy or natural yogurt for extra proteins. To improve or reduce calorie consumption as necessary, propagate the butter slimmer or wider, and/or make the dairy item frequent or low-no fat.

Muscular optimum its all genes as far as I know. Some individuals say that there are some workouts to improve your optimum like focus waves, preacher waves or fixed contractions, but I believe that the form of yor muscle is all genes.

Well i would think that 18 grams of fat, from fish oil per food is way more than you want to be
having. You can supplement with the fish oil but i would recommend, you get most of your fat
from a different resource olive oil, sunflower oil, almonds.
