Hi all, my name is Andy and I live in England. I have decided to join your site as it seems alot better than some I have read. Im a total newbie to the gym and hope to learn alot on the site. thanks.
ps Im a bit about when to take my weight gainer (universal real gains) my PHD pharma whey and my creatine.I am 5.11 and only weigh 9 stone so I would appreciate some help as to how I can take my supplements to help me in the gym and to gain some weight. Some people say take the protein before and after but I was told only take it before to assure lean muscle mass but as Im only 9 stone I dont feel i need worry about this yet??? Anyway any help appreciated as Im getting real confused about all this. Thanks again. |
