Matthew 7:20
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

I was always told/read not to juice and just to eat it. I know its a million times easier to juice.

Something about concentrating all the sugars, I dont remember exactly.

I used to juice carrots, brocoli, parsley, dill and spinach together. Tasted terrible, but it gave me a nutritional boost that I could actually feel within a few minutes.

2 apples, 1 carrot, 1 medium beet and half a cucumber goes down pretty well and is very nutritional and CLEANSING. During the summer we like to juice cantelope and honeydews, and fresh pineapple juice is just about the best thing ever.

As juicing versus eating, most of what I have researched says that juicing is better. Since all the fibers are already broken down your stomach doesn't have to go about digesting the fruits/vegetables thus you get a much higher percentage of the nutrients.
