Does anyone know if there is a website that will help me out configure a routine for working out? Or is someone kind enouh to give me some helpful tips from their routines. Please help me with my ignorence.

Yes, THIS website will do all of this for you. It has by far the best, most scientific and most practical articles and training guides on the internet. On the top bar go to 'Journal' then under 'Training Principles' click 'Workouts & Guides' and you will now be able to read everything you want to know. Also, in the journal section is more information written by some of the best scientists/lifters there are. You are in the right place my friend.

try lifting free weights first. And lift weights fit for your weight and size. check out the internet for the proper weights for you. Then I personally love ab work outs man!!

When i was used to workout i usually did five to four days workout in week . i usually take rest of one or two days that will really help me to boost my fitness

Hi dear,
