Im just starting this journal, I think this may help actually help my willpower and focus just knowing that this is here for anyone to see...
my goal is to weigh 210 by jan 31st, right now I weight about 222. And I plan on posting about once a week, how my progress is going.

Im really trying to eliminate sugar from my diet completely. But when I attempt to eat only healthful food I find myself not eating anything until I am ravenously hungry, and then eat all the wrong foods... I think I will put reminders on my phone to tell myself to eat even if I dont feel hungry, as strange as it sounds , reminding myself to eat.....
