Haha, it has been changed appropriately.
I hit a 30 lbs PR on deadlift last night! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GVQNDjR1QU I think form would have been better if we didn't go 6 weeks without deadlifting. Currently on week 1 of smolov junior for bench and then start the intense phase of smolov in another week and a half.

Sorry I haven't been posting fellas, but I have been lifting. My laptop is broken and so I've been surviving off my Touchpad. I'm on my old laptop right now so I decided to hop on here and give an update.
I hit 400 after the base cycle of Smolov and I'm now in the intense cycle. Should be done and ready to max by early-mid January. Also, we ran Smolov Jr. for bench during the switching phase. I maxed out the other day and got a 5 lbs PR, 250 lbs. It was a little disappointing but I can't blame the program. I did bring in my grip from middle finger on the ring to pinky on the ring and focused on tucking more. The wide grip would make my shoulders and triceps sore but the closer grip makes my chest sore like I've never felt before. So maybe the new grip just needs more time, or it is a weaker position and I need to go back wide. We'll see. Overall looks like 2011 was a good year. I think I was squatting 225x2, benching 215x1, and deadlifting 385x1 in January. Now I'm squatting 400, benching 250, and deadlifting 470. I broke the majority of my 2011 goals by June, so I'm gonna have to come up with some tougher goals for 2012.

So on Monday I maxed out squat after finishing Smolov. Hit 425 for a 25 lbs PR!
