7/22/11 - Squat & Deadlift
Squat- 315x1x1 275x1x3 sets Deadlift- 430x1x1 (+6 lbs PR, will have video soon) Best deadlift day I've had since competition. I think I'm finally getting use to the belt. Friend videoed it on his iPhone, gotta get the clip from him. Back lost some arch but other than that it looked good.

7/23/11 - Bench
Bench- 230x1x5 sets Push Press- 175x3x3 Pullups- BW+35x5x3sets (overhand, neutral, underhand) Here is video of my deadlift from yesterday. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-Xb4jinC-I Most I've benched is 230 for 1 so doing 5 singles at the end of the block was good. Finally done with this 3 week block. Probably taper for a week and then max out to start Mike's research.

I'm trying for a 2 rep max in about an hour for squat, then heavy single for deadlift. Lol, i am reading your log for a bit of pump up.

Yea the other guys did the same thing today. I think carlin got 375 for 2 and jordan got 385 for 2.
7/27/11 - Bench Press Bench- 230x2x2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g77Fc-biyu0 225x2x1 set Most I've benched was 230 for 1. I got 2 sets of 230 for 2 today which was good. That video is from the first set. Last set I dropped down to 225 just to make sure I wouldn't fail since I have to max on Monday.

7/29/11 - Light Squat & Bench
Squat- 215x3x3 Bench- 165x3x3 Just some really light work to keep me in my groove so I can hopefully max out on Monday.
