7/9/11 - Bench

Bench-
215x1x5 sets
225x1x1

Push Press-
155x3x3

Chinups-
BW+25x5x3 sets

Everything felt good. Exhausting first week. Much needed rest before we start it all over again on Monday!

7/11/11 - Squat & Deadlift

Squat-
253x5x5

Deadlift-
341x3x2 sets

Bent Over Row-
145x8x2 sets

First time I had to bail on a squat since like last October. I don't know what happened on my 4th rep of last set. I think I went forward to much and had to toss the weight over my head. Put the weight back on the rack, reset, and got my last 2 reps. Weight felt alittle heavy but it's probably because I'm not use to maxing squats in the middle of a program. My body has no choice but to adapt though so I'm good. Bench and push press tomorrow.

7/12/11 - Bench

Bench-
190x5x4 sets

Push Press-
145x5x3 sets

Went to look at my work out for today and noticed its 4 sets of 5 this week, not 5 sets of 5. So I shouldn't have even done that last set of squats yesterday where I messed up on. Oh well. Everything felt good today. Squats tomorrow.

Body is exhausted. I don't know how I squatted 315, I was yawning between sets. Bench tomorrow.

Maybe mad at myself, pretty jealous of your overhead press power. It looks like you are going to out total me at the next meet if I don't start responding better to my workouts.
