7/1/11 - Squat, Bench, Deadlift
Squat: 3x3 @ 255 Bench: 3x3 @ 195 Deadlift: 3x1 @ 365 I also completed the online form to cancel my Gold's Gym membership today. Will be able to go to FSU gym for free once school starts again. They had a section to write how to improve Gold's. So I went on a rant about how they need more squat racks and texas power bars and racks where you can actually squat away from the mirrors. And how they need more flat barbell benches since they only have 3 and the bros are always using it to bench or curl. I also told them to get better music. Maybe they'll listen....naaah lol.

7/4/11 - Squat & Deadlift
Squat- 245x5x5 Deadlift- 340x1x3 sets Bent-Over Row- 135x8x2 sets New program. First workout always sucks. Felt like I was leaning forward more than usual on squats and actually saw my knees caving in some for the first time in forever. Belt is the worst thing that has ever happened to my deadlift. I now hate my setup, my lack of arch, and how heavy light weights feel. Bench workout today.

7/5/11 - Bench
Bench Press- 185x5x5 Push Press- 135x5x3 sets Last 2 sets of bench were a battle. My triceps are shot. Squat tomorrow.

7/6/11 - Squat Squat- 258x3x5 sets Squats feeling better than day 1. Though it seems like I can no longer squat to just parallel. I like going all the way down and bouncing off my calves too much. But I guess that's not a bad thing. Bench tomorrow.

7/8/11 - Squat & Deadlift
Squat- 325x1 (+22lbs PR) 285x1x3 sets Deadlift- 385x1 First time on a program that has a weekly max on squat and today was the first day. Warmups were a bit excessive because I've never done it before. Did 275, 285, 295, 305, and 315 for singles before getting to 325. Might of had 5 or 10 lbs more in me but I didn't want to miss and I didn't want to reinforce bad motor patterns. I'll happily take my 22 lbs PR. Totally exhausted for deadlifts. Got bench tomorrow.
