Workout 3 - 4/13/11 - Deadlift & Squat

Squat (WtxSetsxReps):
225x3x1

New shoes felt alittle weird but I'm sure I'll get use to them after a couple sessions.

Workout 6 - 4/18/11 - Squat & Deadlift

Got stuck in the crappy half rack at the gym tonight. So I couldn't go low enough or I'd hit the un-adjustable safety bars. I did actually hit it on a rep in my later sets and it messed me up and caused me to get stuck at the bottom. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother with the FSU gym. Bench tomorrow.

Mon - Squat & Deadlift
Tues - Bench & Military
Wed - Deadlift & Squat
Fri - Squat
Saturday - Bench & Military

Same as the last phase as there are 3 squat, 2 deadlift, and 2 bench days. But now one of the days has deadlift before squat to try to get our deadlift up while squatting 3 times a week.

Ok, got ya...I missed the last workout! In reference to the comment in my journal...just work hard man. I am by no means strong...but I remember when 135x5 was hard...and it wasn't that long ago

Workout 9 - 4/22/11 - Squat

Felt hard but got it done. Also did some good mornings and pullups since I didn't have time to do them on Wednesday. Can't wait to start the last week of this 3 week block and see where my strength has gone up to. I know a 300 squat is in the near future.
