Workout 11 - Squat

Squat (Wt x sets x reps):
210x5x5

Pullups:
BWx6x5

Toughest workout so far. Not because of the weight but my body is so tight/sore at this point that it hurts alot just hitting depth. This caused most of my reps to be sloppy today with alot of forward lean and rounding of the back. I got it done though. Bench tomorrow.

You were impressive today. Because you could tell how tight and sore you were and your first rep showed it, but you didn't budge and you got every single one of those reps, even the pause rep where you bottomed out. You showed serious power considering the circumstances.

They hurt but not as bad as the other days. Probably because they were only singles so I just got it done and then went back to resting.

Workout 15 - Deadlift & Bench Press

Deadlift (Wt x Sets x Reps):
405x1x1 (PR)
415x1x1 (PR)
355x3x2

Bench Press:
195x10x2

Worked out in Mike's garage, which allowed me to hit a couple deadlift PRs. No biggie. Finally done with this volume block. Will taper now.

Great job on the volume block man! Also, nice PRs...one of these days, when the army takes me back down south, I will workout iin the PL mecca of Mike's garage!!! Anything great panned for after the taper?

Nice deadlifting Arian. I wish my deadlift was cooperating right now. Reps feel good but I am still crazy slow off the floor at 80%+.
