I have been studying the ABC journals for a while, and I now have a good idea of a begginer base program. My understanding of weightloss diet is to stick to 10-12 glasses of water, organic fibrous and complex carbohydrates, fibrous greens, omega 3 & 6's, and 5 servings of protien throughout the day. Also every morning will supplement with chromium, multi minerals/vitamins, vitamin C, and glutamine. Current body calculations Height - 5'11" Weight - 210 lbs Body fat - 27.4% Bone Mass - 7.4 Body mass - 29.7 |

Exactly one week now and my progress is slow, but does show results. Height - 5'11" Weight - 207 lbs Body fat - 24.2% Bone mass - 7.6 lbs Body mass - 28.6 This next folllowing week I will focus on training harder! P90X Yeaahh |

I am back at it. I plan to keep an update going for thirty days while eating gluten free! I was at 185lb with a 16% body fat two months ago, and I want to get back. Even plow through record with a 10% body fat minimum.
Here are my stats as of now! Day 0, tomorrow will begin day 1! First thing in morning will wake up and head to gym. Height - 5'11" Weight - 200.8 Body fat %-24.9 Bone mass - 7.6 Body mass - 28.2 |

Day 3 of my gluten free diet! I havent completly cut it out, but I feel a slight change in my mood, I seem lighter on my feet and am feeling happier.

Day three of my P90X, Shoulders and Arms, and I brought it!
Figured out the myfitnesspal.com to count calories today, so I am super stoked for that. I calculated at a 1900 cal fat shred diet that I am going to have to eat choke loads of protein, 230 something grams to be exact. Also my carbs at 150g, fats at 40g; fiber at 25g, and sugar at 35g. So far I feel amazing, and thanks to the myfitnesspal.com calorie counter I think my journey is going to be much easier. Last edited by Haiku; 11-29-2012 at 01:26 AM. |
