So Im go for my final attempt at a online journal. Im usually too busy making food for the next day after my workouts but I really want to get back into posting regularly on ABC. So Ill report back with tonights workout. LEGS! How fun.

Wasnt to pleased with todays numbers, didnt get as many reps on certain exercises as I normally would have liked. Ill post up the numbers tomorrow.

Well it took me a month, but heres the start of my log and tonights numbers for my back/bi/trap workout.
Weight: 193.8 (morning after piss) Chins BW+12.5x7 x6 Cable Rows 180x15 x9 BB Pullovers 100x9 x3 Shrugs 275x8 x7 BB Curls (I didnt do :O) Machine Curls 90x9 Overall disappointed in the workout, numbers were low except for the rows.

O and dont worry I do, do deadlifts. They are done every other back workout.

Incline DB 85x6 x6 Decline BB 205x12 x6 Flat Flies 40x15 x7 Smith Shoulder Press 110x10 x5 Cable Side Lateral 35x6 Decline Skull Crusher 90x9 Overhead Tri Extension 80x8 Overall not really impressed with todays workout.

Split squat 185x14 Leg Extension 150x13 x12 Hack squat 200x17 Leg Curl 140x14 x9 Standing Calf 235x11 xN/A Seated Calf N/A Workout was fine, had to cut it short cause I had errands to run.

Again with the lack of updates. Ive just been really busy. But heres todays leg session
Squats 255x16 Leg Extension 150x16 Leg Press 420x20 Leg Curl 140x15 Standing Calf 235x13 x11 Seated Calf 80x12 x9 Again not really impressed, going to take a cruise week next week and hope the numbers improve.
