Can anybody help me with a workout split that can help me with the cutting process; But also that focues on gaining strength also? I perticule need help on the excersises that I should do and the, (reps and sets) for each excersise. i haven't been in the gym for about 3 years but i have manage to keep some of my cuts, but I've also gain some excess fat. can anybody help me? I use to can be able to bench 225lb sisxteen times; now i can only bench 115lb fifteen times.
