Can anybody help me with a workout split that can help me with the cutting process; But also that focues on gaining strength also? I perticule need help on the excersises that I should do and the, (reps and sets) for each excersise. i haven't been in the gym for about 3 years but i have manage to keep some of my cuts, but I've also gain some excess fat. can anybody help me? I use to can be able to bench 225lb sisxteen times; now i can only bench 115lb fifteen times.

Everybody will be more than happy to help you in anyway possible, but can you post this in the "Hardcore Training" section rather than in the Online Journal section? You will get more responses there as this section is for logging workouts, but I promise once you post this there you will get much more action and help on the thread. --Mike
