About to head to the gym now so first post will be short, I broke my hand early december and had to stop everything, i was boxing for years and really gave up lifting for a while but now I feel small =(....Going to start doing heavy/light days 3-4 days cardio during bulk (probably for 8 weeks) then start cutting down to when I feel at a comfortable weight to fight at again..start posting meal plan/routines later when I have more time

so been pretty busy..work/sick been taking over a bit but friday was leg day, box squats, lunges, extensions blah blah, ill put the weights in for everything later..lunch breaks are to quick..saturday triceps heavy, monday was back and bi's..been sick
