I cancelled my gym membership a year ago and have been working out at home. I have a life group from my church that meets at my house on friday nights and works out. I recently got a family membership at a great fitness club in town. Great place for the fam to hang out while I hit the weights. My only delima is the friday night group. I am very limited as far as equip. at home and love all the opportunity at the gym. I am still going to work out on friday nights with my group ( all we do is chest and tri's on friday nights ). I am thinking of extending my chest workout on sat morning in the gym with some things I can not do at home. That is two days in a row of chest, but there is six days of rest inbetween. What do you think about this?

I wouldn't do it, they say to give a muscle group 48 hours of rest before hitting it again.

I wouldn't do it. Just get what you can on Friday. And then if you want you can try another chest workout on Monday.
