Default Animal pak

Is it just a realy expenisie multi?
I mean i know it has some other stuff in there, but deep down is it just an overpriced vitamin? i mean i read some reviews of people taking it saying their strength went through the roof, sounds fishy to say the least.

they are very good in terms of ingredients but VERY overpriced generic parts would set you back $30 for possibly 2-3 months worth

its like ZMA its a great suppliment but you can get more for less by buying the ingrediants seperatly

i personally suppliment animal pak only on my workout days and regular multis on non workout days. but thats because i found a guy on ebay that sold me 20 cans at $16 a piece, excellent price IMO.

just hang in there jack!
