Hi,
from Reading a few articles looks like I've found what I e been looking for! I needed a place where I can get expert advice that's based on fact rather than gym myths. Currently I'm taking part in some friendly competition at work where by we are having an abs challlenge. Looking at the post this place might give me the edge!! If anyone can suggest a good thread for getting the best abs then I would appreciate your advice or direction. Even though I have worked out forthe last 10 years I have never manage to get a six pack. One I have never concentrated on getting one and two I've been build for size. Being a tall lanky bloke this took some time. 10 years ago I was 11 stone and 6 ft 4 inch tall. I ballooned to a 17.7 stones in 2007 and now I'm around 16.9 stones. My training at the moment consists of split body routine. Monday legs, abs and a steady jog for 20 mins. Tuesday chest, aabs qnd 20 interval runs. Wednesday day off. Thursday back and biceps, abs and 20 mins I ter al run. Friday shoulders and triceps, abs and 20 mins interval run. Saturday and Sunday off. So any help or advice would be great. |
