Moses is now dead to me... I knew he wouldn't be able to keep pace, but i figured he would at least make it 2 weeks.
Lacrosse game wed night, and practice last night. Was my first game back on wed, since a 1.5 year lay off. Cardio was pretty good, managed to hold up for the entire 2 hours. Recovery seemed to be very drawn out. Yesterday I was swamped at work, and exhausted in the same breath. Managed to get to bed at a decent hour last night. I am going to weigh in tomorrow and do some new measurements, so I can see how I am physically progressing. Much like Albert I feel great - much lighter on my feet and have a noticable gain in energy levels. I saw my parents at the lacrosse game, which I haven't seen in 2-3 weeks, and they say I look like a different person. The compliments I have received over the last week or so are fueling the fire that much more. Taking today off, as my body is not happy that I spent the last two days sprinting until exhaustion. Tomorrow will be chest/back and as I mentioned, I should have new stats posted by monday. |

Oh... one last thing. Since it was my first lacrosse game back in a short while, my coach elected to put me on Defence. Now I am normally an offensive player, but I can understand why he would question my ability to handle the ball under pressure. However, since my bulk over the winter months, I have indefinately increased the power of my hitting. I was knocking around guys weighing from 170 - 240lbs. I was very impressed with the strength in my shoulders/chest/arms and legs. A few guys commented on when I knocked down a guy that was 6 inches taller than me, and had at least 30lbs on me. (I am 5'10 - probably around 205 now). Another thing I was impressed with was my agility, no one got around me, and there are some pretty agile players around here. This is probably the result of shedding some excess weight.
I am very pleased with how this cut is coming along, to say the least. The whole process of bulk/cut seems to have affected quite a few aspects of my life, from social to sports. |

I will be weighing in wednesday evening and measuring also. Stats should be posted on thursday morning. Lacrosse practice last night, drums tonight, chest tomorrow. Diet has stayed constant. Had a cheat night on saturday watching UFC (which was terrible - I am not a fan of Rashad). Back on track as of sunday. I will try to get some pictures soon too. I am kicking myself for not taking 'before' pictures. I knew I should have at the time, but never got around to it.
In case no one is reading the supplement review forum, I have added Oxyelite Pro to my supplement list. This is how the list looks now. Multi-vitamin Fish oil capsules Calcium pills Whey protein - water mix Purple K creatine Xtend orange Oxyelite Pro Diet has remained fairly similar, but I will give an example of how it looks again. Dinners seem to change from day to day, as the wife is doing her best to stick with me on this cut too. 7:00 am Oxyelite pro - 1 pill (upping to 2 pills next week) 8:00 am Whey protein water mix Fish Oil Calcium pill Multi-Vitamin 10:00 am 1 cup oatmeal and sliced apple 12:00pm 1 Chicken breast Mixed greens/peppers Brown rice 2:30pm 1 cup plain yogurt (unsweetened) mixed berrys 5:30-6:30 pm (depending on work schedule) Generally speaking this changes daily, but normally 1 chicken/turkey breast or extra lean beef Brown rice or some sort of whole grain carb Mixed greens |
