Last night.
Abs... Hurt. Had some stuff to do after work last night, so i didn't make it to the gym but I pulled out the P90x dvds and did the Ab ripper X workout. Works really well, as my body is telling me this morning. Feel tight today. What did I tell you about cookies Albert (aka Cookie monster)...? |

thursday may 20
m1:fruit, half sandwich m2: potato, steak m3: steak, veggies workout 5mins cardio squat: 5sets 115X8 deadlift: 5sets 115X10 calves at smith:6 sets 225X20 don't worry about my cookies homeboy, better care about calling some crunches a 'workout' just becaus it hurts your belly.... wish you a weekend with real workouts! ![]() |

Well, I have been told by coworkers that I need to buy new pants, as my butt no longer fits the current ones. If I don't have my belt done to it's tightest loop, they literally will fall off. Last night had band practice - 2.5 hours light cardio on the drums. I am not doing much for the long weekend, so I will probably spend 2 days in the gym.
Chest/Back - tomorrow Legs sunday or monday Probably try to get on the dirtbike on the off day. |

m1: 1.5 cups fruit, 100g yogurt, sandwich: 450cal m2: apple + orange + 2tortillas: 300cal m3: steak 150g + 50g rice and beans: 550cal m4: apple + yogurt: 350cal m5: chicken salad: 400 cal Total: 2200cal Workout 20mins treadmill squats: 4sets 115lbsX10 deadlift: 4 sets 115lbsX12 calves: 135lbsX35 lil' jonesyyyy were are youuuuuuu???????? Good thread guys, when are we gonna hear about the progress your making? I started a cut with a lower carb intake. Went from zero cardio to doing 20 mins cardio pre workout, but I found I was actually able to carry on lifting heavier each workout!!! So decided to make the most of it and go on a clean bulk. But lets hear more on how you guys are progressing!!!

m1: 1.5 cups fruit, 100g yogurt, sandwich: 450cal m2: apple + orange + 2tortillas: 300cal m3: chicken 150g + 50g rice and beans: 450cal m4: tacos: 600cal Total: 1800cal workout BACK 20 mins treadmill 4 sets pulldowns, 150lbsX8 4 sets bent over rows, 185lbsX6 4 sets seated rows, 150lbsX8 5 sets ez curls, 70lbsX5 This weekend i was 200 pounds, that means, 5 pounds lost Most of diet is still aproximations, diet and calorie counting get better each day.... patience and this will get a little more exact. |

m1: 1.5 cups fruit, 2 eggs, 2 quesadillas, 50g beans: 600cal m2: 2 apples: 130 m3: 150g fish, 30g pasta, 100g potato: 550cal m4: ice cream: 300cal (canīt say no to a gift from my gf, don't want trouble) m5: pork chips: 300cal Total: 1750 cal workout CHEST bench: 5 sets 155lbsX7 incline db bench: 5 sets 50'sX8 tri pushdowns: 3 strip sets 80,65,50 X12 Had to fit the ice cream on macros, that done I don't see further problem felling very well btw! |
