Today my legs are in pain. It hurts to walk, it hurts to sit, it hurts to stand. For christs sake.... it hurts to look at them. I think the feetmid/toes out (similar to a sumo squat) are what killed me, as I haven't done these in probably a year.

Diet has still been good, although yesterday I was in a rush, so I stopped and picked up a Pita. Had a grilled chicken w/ peppers/mushrooms/onions/tomatoes and tatziki on whole wheat. (I know I shouldnt have had the sauce, but man was it good - a nice change from oats).

No sign of Moses, I figured he would drop out. He has the drive of a fat house wife, when Ricky lake comes on.

Now... back to the grind.

Am I In? This is MY challange boy!

1 hour cardio last night. 40 mins bike, 20 mins treadmill 3.8mph, 12 incline.

Playing drums in a band again, so add another 2 hours of cardio on the set (mild intensity at the most). Tonight I am moving furniture from my grandparents place out of their basement, then down into my basement which should suffice for my lack of a workout today. Tomorrow I will hit Abs. Diet has been steady thus far. I have a new turkey chili recipe that I think some of you guys may be interested in. It was pretty **** good, and all whole/good foods.

I will try to add that sometime next week.

Ps. Albert, you will have to do more than 3 WO's/day to keep up with the monster that is Jonesy.

Weekend was excellent. I am seeing probably the biggest results I have ever seen. I know this is accounted 90% from diet. I am down 12 lbs today since starting (may 1st). Workouts have been intense. Last night I was physically drained after practice. What basically is the equivalent to HIIT for 1.5 hours, fricken kills me. My cardio is sky rocketing, since I took the last 1 and a half seasons off. Oatmeal is starting to become one of my best friends... keeps me full when I see everyone else in the office eating chips and chocolate bars. (which I imagine Moses is doing right now).

Albert... even if I did have a slip on the weekend (which I did not), it will still not equate to the unnecessary amount of carbs you are getting from breads and cookies. Better cut that down a bit, or you will look like the michellin man! haha

I need to edit the title of this thread... Should be Jonesy vs Albert, as Moses has been in his batcave eating cheeto's and watching re-runs of Geraldo.
