Default alcohol question

I know that alcohol is lowering testerone levels but will having one regular beer(Corona) have negative side effects on my workout? Is one beer enough to couse negative side effects?

One isn't going to hurt, but just remember you're consuming empty calories.

Consuming alcohol to a limited extent is good, but if you are more particular about having certain results you should just plan out accordingly. Like if you are going out with friends then it is quite obvious that you wouldn't want to be left alone, but try to limit your intake and the next day you workout should be such that so as to nullify the effect.

False. consuming alcohol its self has Zero good benifits however many antioxidents and other ingredients of wines/spirits have shown to be good for you, beer which is largly estrogen based is bad no matter what

Beer is good for you but its not a means to get healthy. B6 increases when you drink beer and it can protect against heart disease. Again Im saying dont drink beer to get healthy, people just use these studys to make a excuse to drink.
