If you were coming out on stage for an event (mma, boxing, bodybuilding, whatever), what song would you come out to?

Xbox360 at the moment, i had high hopes for the ps3 and thought there was no way the 360 was going to be better but at the moment the 360 is better hands down, still when games start taking up more disk space the 360 won't be able to hack it, then the ps3 could start taking over.

Have you visited any countries outside of England? If so, what is your favorite?

If you weren't allowed to lift weights anymore, how would you stay fit?

To tell you the truth i haven't been many places outside England, my Dad hated travelling, and my family has never really had the money to travel. I would say the best time i had was my first real holiday when i was about 12 i went to turkey with my mum, brother some mates and their families. Also it might sound stupid but i'm a london boy born and raised i feel a bit uncomfertable when i'm outside of london, plus i like my regular climate, not one for hot weather.

I would say either athletics or football, i plan to get back into football this summer, need to get some cardiovascular fitness

'Of mice and men' by John Steinbeck, my little brother has to do an essay on it for his English coursework, he's not too good at English so i'm doing it for him.

Long term goal?

Ultimate goal?
