I bugged you guys for ages, there was no way that i was going to let the advice fall of deaf ears

Can you tell us about some of your achievements in sprinting?

I.e. events run, best times, etc.
Sorry mate it was a good few years ago so i can't remember any times.
As for events i used to run for my borough, like you would go to trails to qualify then when you qualify you come back and race against other boroughs, so i have a draw full of gold medals for the 100m sprint and the 400m relay. And more golds/trophies for 5 a side football/hockey

I bloody hate james bond, i think they are some of the most boring/ridiculous movies ever made. Bourne trilogy is where it's at

Hard question as my diet still needs work. One of the things i love is chicken wraps, marinade the chicken breasts in some bbq seasoning, grill it, deice it up throw it in some w.w wraps with some salad and bbq sauce.
I also eat alot of lean ground beef, either made into bugers with cheese & w.w buns or made into a sauce with pasta.

On a scale of 1 to binladen my hiding place is probably radovan karadzic, i am the don when it comes to hide and seek, oh yes you better believe i still play even though i'm 18...

Bench press
1. because i suck at it
2. every one seems to ask how much you bench as if it determines how strong you are
3. i find it hard to focus using my chest, my **** triceps always end up taking over
