I bloody hate james bond, i think they are some of the most boring/ridiculous movies ever made. Bourne trilogy is where it's at

Hard question as my diet still needs work. One of the things i love is chicken wraps, marinade the chicken breasts in some bbq seasoning, grill it, deice it up throw it in some w.w wraps with some salad and bbq sauce.
I also eat alot of lean ground beef, either made into bugers with cheese & w.w buns or made into a sauce with pasta. Last edited by Ellingham; 03-19-2010 at 03:08 PM. |

i hear you on that one, no matter how i position the bar i feel it in triceps, chest doesnt feel sore unless do dips

Dips and DB flyes are what gets my inner chest sore the next day, still i'll keep working on it.
