I think Branch will win if he can come in shredded...he just looks too good and too big for anybody else imo...so if comes in sliced dexter won't be able to hold a candle to him

I like Kai. Honestly, I was in the gym Saturday and passed by a magazine with him on it. A friend of mine was talking about the Arnold, and I said, Kai will win it if he comes in top shape.

I guess he did, lol.

i thought phil heath was going to win it. hes just so huge and ripped but i guess he was lacking the completeness that kai greene had.

i say this phrase everytime people hype up phil

he is good but not good enough, he has no chest width and poor chest shape on outer pecs, phil heath imo will be like leverone. he will spend many years close to winning but with kai and wolf (if gets back in shape) he wont win the O
