2nd Ever Garage Invitational Squat 405-Good Lift 425-Good Lift 435-No Lift Bench (Obviously this was Paused) 300-Good Lift 310-Good Lift 315-Good Lift Deadlift 455-Good Lift 475-No Lift 475-Good Lift Total 1215 Body weight 185 I'm tired. Going to sleep until 11 and then waking to watch Mayweather-Moseley and eat 10,000 calories. The deadlifting on this program was really stupid and not conducive to a big deadlift come meet time, it just isn't smart (but it was fun). Overall, a PR total. Look for a week off now, during this week I'll plan my training until the USAPL U.S. Open Powerlifting Championships on June 26-27th in Miami. Meckes, I guess technically I win this thing, but 1215 is not impressive, I don't deserve my steak dinner. Thanks for the competition it was fun, we'll definitely do another one, but I did not earn anything with this performance. That being said I feel good about RAW Nationals in July. Thanks to everybody who supported both Billy and I during this program. I'll check back in this week with some sort of structure to train for Nationals.

Nice numbers Mike. Though I believe my 95 lbs increase in my total tops both of you, so you both owe me a steak. Haha, just kidding. Good work to both of you guys. Didn't know the championships were in Miami. That's where I am from, so maybe I'll find a way to be there to see you compete.

Thanks fellas, all of those comments are much appreciated. And the 10,000 calories consisted of a large pizza, a steak and cheese sub, and 2 large smoothies. I'm sure it was short of 10,000 calories, but it was awesome.
Now, back to the old log as it's time to defy-gravity again.
