If you could only pick one song to listen to during workouts, what would it be?

Aside from that summer you mentioned above, where you went from 150 to 215 (btw, that eclipses my first summer at age 18, I went from 139 to 162), what is your second greatest bulking period?

1.) What's the worst lie you ever told?

2.) What is your idea of a hot romantic date?

3.) What is your biggest pet peeve?

as a child i had to go to speech therapy because i had some issues...i'd say i was about 3 or so...for some reason i told that lady that my swingset was on the roof and i had to go up there to swing...child services actually got called and they went to my house to check...it's quite funny in hindsight

2.) What is your idea of a hot romantic date?

well, as you know...i'm not much of a romancer...but a nice dinner where we discuss ideas...from science to training to religion to politics...just something that leads to a stimulating intellectual exchange...then going to see a movie...i love movies...after the movie maybe some occlusion training, only slightly joking about the last part

3.) What is your biggest pet peeve?
people who have an overall lack of drive...it sickens me...people who just go through life one day at a time with no overall sense of accomplishing anything...the people who talk about all the stuff they want to do, but don't have the discipline/drive/determination to make it happen...the "i could've beens" dreaming about something doesn't do anything...some people dream big, other people are big

Favorite exercise and/or muscle to occlude?

Favorite: Protein source? Fat source? (I know the carb source you'd choose...)

If you had a chance to share an entire evening with someone, be it someone from the past or present, who would it be and why?

Biggest pet peeve in the gym?

If you were eating a steak...well done, medium, rare, etc?

I'm honored you mentioned me. Let's get all those guys you mentioned down here to train in the garage one day for deadlifts. Wait, now that I think about it I don't know if the world is ready for that, there isn't enough weight for all of us.

i'd say my favorite exercise to occluded on is treadmill walking, just because it is an exercise that i believe can be widely applicable...i also really enjoy occluding during romanian deadlifts

Favorite: Protein source? Fat source? (I know the carb source you'd choose...)

protein source is chicken without a doubt...carb source, oatmeal of course and pancakes...i love me some pancakes...fat source is also an excellent protein, but i love cooking up my whole egg omelets in the morning

If you had a chance to share an entire evening with someone, be it someone from the past or present, who would it be and why?

Yoshiaki Sato, who is the creator of KAATSU (occlusion training)...i would want to talk occlusion and tell him all the different ideas i have...i'd want to see his takes on my ideas and see how to make them better...no matter how good an idea is, it can always be better

Biggest pet peeve in the gym?

people who do the same workout every single day but above all, those who do not rerack their weight...drives me crazy

If you were eating a steak...well done, medium, rare, etc?
the best of all worlds....medium rare...cooked but still pink

i believe the world would reach absolute zero, and life as we know it would stop

How do you maintain your religiosity while being a steward of science, which is the veritable anti-christ?

honestly...i'm not a religious person...i enjoy messages that talk about living a better life...how to become a better person...that's my religion per se...i'm not a big fan of the bible...i don't live my life by the bible, i do what i think is right, and i treat people of all faiths with respect if i feel they deserve respect...now that being said, i do not have a problem with those who are religious...i think if that helps your chicken cross the road, that's awesome...if it doesn't, then that's cool too...do i believe their is a God? i've thought that there was my entire life, but i don't know for sure...i don't have that kind of faith...if i die, and God exists...i won't be surprised...but if he doesn't, i won't be surprised either...i also don't know why religion and science have to be enemies...i've never understood why they can't co-exist...i know many great scientists (Gabe/Jake), who are very religious and are two of the best scientists i know

1.) Is there anything you would change about yourself?

2.)You just found a lamp, rubbed it, and *Poof* a genie has appeared!! (lol) What are your three wishes?

3.)If you could be on a reality TV show, which one would it be?
