Morning Workout
MMA Conditioning (fat burning purposes only) All Cycled never putting bar down, no rest, 8 reps using 130lb (3x cycles)
Barbell rows
Upright Rows
Military Press
Good Mornings
Lunges
Squat Push Press
Deadlift

Rotated (2x cycles)
3 mins MMA gloved bag work
3 mins Boxing gloved bag work
10 mins Med Speed Cycling

That bb complex is pretty bada$$ man.

Where are the details to you DC training? Weights, reps, sets? I am a detail and numbers man*****. You can not just write an exericse or a muscle group. That is training journal blasphemy.

Shoulders - militray press - 120lb 1 set 20 reps
Triceps - Dips - BW 20 reps
