Thanks. My goals are the same. I want to loose weight.

I had a nightmare last week that I was getting married. I was walking down the isle and I was about 500 lbs!!! It was a wake up call. I don't want to be a fatty...

I want to lose 25 lbs by next summer. This is my goal.

My plan of attack? Ummmm.....getting my lazy butt to the gym whenever I have a chance. As you know, I'm weak minded and sometimes my thoughts get the better of me. I love the way I look, but I know I'm not healthy. I'm not confident in myself either when it comes to lifting so I need people to yell at me and make me do it....or at least keep me accountable.

Oh, by the way....I'll be going to the gym tomorrow. I have a crap load of cleaning I HAVE to get done tonight, because I'm having people over tomorrow night.

so your long term goal is 25 pounds by June 1st...i think it would be better to have some short term goals as well...say, 6 pounds by Halloween and 6 pounds by Christmas....lose another 6 pounds by your birthday...then by June you'll be pretty close

Well if you put it that way...it sounds do-able! Maybe I should increase my goal? Hmm.

So, I went to the gym today...and I left my journal there. I'm going to stop by tonight to pick it up so I can tell you all what I did today.

I worked so hard today that I puked mid-workout. I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. lol. I obviously made it to the bathroom in time (thank God). But, I didn't stop lifting because of it. I just kept truckin'. I'm so proud of myself.
