I hope they aren't THAT sore tomorrow, because I work a double. * I am pretty disappointed with myself with those lunges. I held a 20lb Barbell tonight to "warm up" but it ended up being so difficult that I couldn't do many. I use to be able to Lunge with 50lbs...and now I can't even do 1/2 that. ugh. Well...I guess I did save the lunges for last...which probably wasn't very smart. |

I went to the Dr. today, because I have been having chest pressure/pains for the past month. He says it is caused by stress. So, I guess I'm stressed out lately. Idk.
I have plans to go Ice Skating tonight, but it might be too cold, so if I don't Ice Skate, then I will hit the gym. Ice Skating is great cardio, fo sho! |

I am so proud of myself for tonight's workout. There was another girl in the gym with me tonight, and seeing her just made me want to outwork her. I noticed her doing (or trying to do) RDLs...with a 20lb BB.....and, it made me smirk a little. She ain't got nothin' on me. ![]() Last edited by angiebsassy; 02-12-2010 at 04:25 AM. |

Also, I want to add that the body I am striving for is something similar to Scarlett Johansson. She isn't too skinny--she has curves! Anyway, she is my inspiration. I think she is beautiful, and has a gorgeous body!

So! It has been over a month since I walked back into a gym, and started working out again. Since then, I have lost 1 lb..........lol. However, just by looking at pictures I took of myself last month, and pictures I took today, I can see major differences! I officially hate the scale. It doesn't know what it's talking about. Seeing my improvements motivates me to keep working hard in the gym. ![]() |
