Just got HIP HOP ABS in the MAIL today! It came with multiple workouts and even a food guide. AND a measuring tape. lol. There is a 6 day challenge that I think I'll try. I did the first workout today, and it's basically simple dance moves while keeping your core tight. Shaun T is sort of annoying, so I mute the tv while doing it. haha. Tomorrow, I'm going to do the next video then hit the gym for weight training. Now, if only I can give up the sweets, I'll be in good shape! :P
................& I might deadlift tomorrow. I miss it. |

So. I don't think I have said my weight on here yet...so I'm going to be completely honest. It's my journal, and I want to keep accurate records.
Current weight:168 Weight in August:175 Weight in May 2009:149 I can't believe I put on 20+ lbs in 1 1/2 years. It's kind of gross. But, I've really been trying lately and I want to get my weight off. I'm about to head to the gym to work on my lower body, then I'm going to work out with Shaun T (lol). If anyone has anything encouraging to say to me...please do so. I need it. I feel like a lazy fatty. At least I'm doing something about it though, instead of just complaining about it.... |

Its all about doing the little things day after day and your doing that. Theres no reason to feel down about where things are today. Just keep doing what your doing and you will get there soon enough.
All I know is your picture looks beautiful and that it was recent. Keep up the great work. |

However, I did the following: -lunges w/ a BB -RDL's -Calf raises -Leg extension -Decline abs I worked out until my legs felt like jello, then I did a few more reps and called it quits. I'm thinking about taking a Kick-Boxing class...or some kind of class that will help me stay motivated. |
