the premise of operation 190 is simple.....Drop down to 190 lbs.
I know this is very open-ended but as long as I'm dropping bodyfat, I'll continue on toward that goal. I've spent too much time being concerned with muscle loss in the past to the point where it hinders my cutting progress so this time I'm just going for it. I'm also reverting back to Morning workouts. This morning I started at 6am, tomorrow my goal is 5:30. This way my workout is out of my way for the day and I can focus on work and family. I'm also going to follow the routines in Arnold's New Encyclopedia. While volume intensive, I'm hoping they kickstart some progress. I'll continue on with them as long as progress is being made and I'm not overtraining.

One week done. Starting weight was 212.9 lbs @ 17.8% bf.
New weight: 211.6 lbs @ 16.6% bf. Diet wasn't the greatest last week either so it's great news. Cleaning up the diet this week and starting cardio at 3 times per week and 30 mins for starters.

Weight down, bodyfat went UP a bit. We'll confirm that in a day or so.
New weight - 206.5 @ 17.6% halfway through week 3. Losing some LBM according to the numbers but I really don't think that's the case. It doesn't feel like it anyway. If the numbers don't start moving in the right direction within a week, we'll have to make some alterations to the diet. I know I definitely haven't been eating enough, often missing one meal everyday.
