Hello,
I will be keeping a journal as I try to shed 40.00lbs between now and mid april. I will also be going under the knife in January for a knee injury but the recovery time shouldn't be that bad. My overall goals are to be around 195.00-200.00lbs and totally recovered from my knee injury by mid-april so that I will be ready for the start of the baseball season. I will be keeping this journal up to date starting today to document my ups and downs as I push towards my goals.

The Workout: Eliptical: 30 minutes [Level 6 Alpine Pass] Treadmill: 30 minutes [Speed 3.2 Incline 5.0] The Feeling: The workout felt great, I had a great sweat going and I really enjoyed the workout. My knee did not hurt at all, the eliptical althougth rarely used by me should see plenty of use while I power thru this knee issue.

The Workout: Eliptical: 30 minutes [Alpine Pass Level 6] Treadmill: 15 minutes [Speed 3.2 Incline 5.0] Worked up a good sweat, had to cut the workout short so that my wife could make it to a meeting.
