Deloaded on the overhead press and went a bit lighter on the rows as it's my first time doing them since taking a week off. Went a bit heavier on squats so it was an ok workout.

Squat
99x2x5
121x1x5
143x1x3
160x1x2
171x3x5

Overhead press
44x2x5
55x1x5
66x1x3
77x1x2
88x3x5

Pendlay rows

88x2x5
99x1x5
105x1x3
115x1x2
126x3x5

Pretty sure my maltodextrin is:

Serving Size: 1/2 cup
190 calories
48g Carbs
2g sugars

Dextrose if I can remember right...

Serving Size: 1/2 cup
200'ish calories
47g Sugars

I had it all figured out at one time, and it depends on which kind of malto you get, I just know how much I need to meet my PWO shake...for me that's 1/3cup malto and 1/3 cup dextrose for about 62g of total carbs, half and half (and no, I don't have a scale to measure the exact weight
