squat form looks great, quite honestly it makes mine look like crap, lol!
that snowman is awesome, very artistic, I made a few with my children, no pictures though.

Deloaded on the overhead press and went a bit lighter on the rows as it's my first time doing them since taking a week off. Went a bit heavier on squats so it was an ok workout.

Today I was all over the place trying to meet my a deadline for one of my modules, never had any solid meals, all shakes i phucking hate not eating solid food! When it came to working out i felt sick and entirely drained but everything went up so it aint all bad. Quick question what is the nutritional data for maltodextrin and dextrose?

Pretty sure my maltodextrin is:
Serving Size: 1/2 cup 190 calories 48g Carbs 2g sugars Dextrose if I can remember right... Serving Size: 1/2 cup 200'ish calories 47g Sugars I had it all figured out at one time, and it depends on which kind of malto you get, I just know how much I need to meet my PWO shake...for me that's 1/3cup malto and 1/3 cup dextrose for about 62g of total carbs, half and half (and no, I don't have a scale to measure the exact weight ![]()
