Just went in to have a little fun today, one big set of military press then some light stuff. The new cycle starts next week. Today I did standing military press and I think I will give this a run on my new cycle in place of the seated military press.
Today:
St. Military: 1X10 135
Power Clean to Push Press: 1X5 135
Bent Over Rows: 2X10 135
Chain Pushups: 2 X 20 w/ a bunch of chains on my back, no idea how much, it doesn't really matter.

That's it, easy, just getting ready for next week. Can't wait for the new cycle. Happy New Year to everyone, I hope everyone was safe last night.

New cycle starts on Thursday, so just doing a little more rep work.
Squats
275 X 21 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlnBnGw6ivo
Could have hit 25-30 reps, but deadlifting on Thursday so thought I'd shut it down at about 20.
Pullups
2X10
That's it, I'll do some rep work on bench tomorrow, probably 205, we'll see. Squats were solid though. We'll knock out the bench tomorrow, take Wednesday off and then time to roll on Thursday. Feeling good, recovered from the meet now.

Last day before the new cycle, Bench.
Bench, just worked my way up to about a 5 rep max
225-5
245-5
255-5
225+1 chain-7
Probably could have hit 260 or 265 for 5, but this was good for today should have 225 for about 10-12, I'll test that on Saturday.

Off tomorrow and Heavy deadlift on Thursday to start things off, time to go to work and win the battle against gravity.

Okay new cycle today, same format as the last one. Non-linear (daily undulating) with an order of Hypertrophy, Dynamic, Strength. A few adjustments to this cycle, the seated military press has been switched to standing military and I will not strictly work off of percentages. I will keep them for a guide and used perceived maxes instead. So, it began.

Defying Gravity, Workout #1: Deadlift
Deadlift
385-6
405-4
440-3
Good Mornings
185-10
205-8
225-6
Pullups
11-BW
9-BW
ChinUps
7 w/ 2 Chains
Bent Over Row
10-135
10-135
8-155

Money, great start. 440 for 3 was a nice deadlift PR. Off tomorrow and Hypertophy Bench on Saturday. Haven't weighed myself since the meet about 3 weeks ago, but I estimate between 176-178. Time to eat, let's keep it going on Saturday. Ride The Lightning.
