I was off today, but I would just like to express how disappointed I am in Tiger Woods. I expected more from him. Just goes to show that you don't know any of these guys.

hey bro...just wanted to get your thoughts on this...i know Layne has had a lot of success with it...basically my squat is very weak and i just have little confidence in my squat...so i figure...what better way to fix that, then to squat a lot...frequently, and heavy...i've been looking a lot at SMOLOV...are you familiar with tihs? thoughts?

Comp. Cycle Workout #23, 12-4-09: ME Squat
Squat 355-3 365-3 380-2 395-1 405-1 Front Squat 235-3 255-3 275-4 Pullups 3X12 w/ BW Deadlift 425-1 Great work today, first time squatting 405, and 274 for 4 on front squat was nice too. At the end I just did an easy single with 90% on deadlift to feel a little weight before I deadlift for real on Monday. Off on Saturday and then heavy bench on Sunday.

Comp. Cycle Workout #27, 12-11-09: Squat/Deadlift
Squat 365-2 375-1 375-1 Deadlift 430-1 Easy, just winding down before the meet next Saturday with some light weights. At this point my openers look to be about the following: Squat-363, Bench-290, Deadlift-446. The numbers aren't exact because kilos are used at the meet and they aren't always even in terms of pounds. The only opener I'm not sure about is bench because my bench has shot up as of late, however, I haven't paused anything I've been training touch and go. On my 3rd attempts I plan on shooting for 400, 309, 500.
