Smolov Base Mesocycle, Week 1, Day 4, July 24th, 2010.
Squat: (WtXRepsXSets) 360X3X10 No bench today. After two hours of squatting my desire to lift anymore weights was non-existent. We will continue to bench 3 days a week though, which will be more than enough to get a substantial increase. Next Day: Monday

Good work man! Today's workout took me a bit of time as well. Definately no other work can be done on these days, the last couple sets get brutal! my calculated max is 405, but i decided to go w/ 385 for this base cycle because I have phyically lifted that for one rep recently...look for a big increase after I max in the 4th week!
