Okay fellas the Smolov Base Mesocycle Starts tomorrow. In addition to using Smolov for my squat I will also be running it for bench at the same time. I will bench immediately after squatting.
I solicited the advice from a few of my ABC friends who have done this program before and I thank them for their help. There advice was excellent to which I listened to most of it (probably an idiot for not listening to it all). Also, bigbear is starting Smolov up tomorrow too, so it will be welcome to have someone else enjoy the misery along with me. Also, starting new data collection tomorrow, finishing up my periodization review for my prelimns, and reviewing textbook chapters for a company. Wait, I'm reviewing college textbooks for the youth of America...oh man that can't be good for anybody.
