i agree w/ you...i am starting w/ low reps though because recently I had abdominal surgery and am still in the rehab process

Squats: FELT GREAT!!! good form throughout

I seem to be progressing very nicely so far...i am about to make some slight changes in my diet and up my calories just a bit to see if i can see a little faster growth in the mirror..weight seems to be stuck right around 198

have not been adding my cardio into the log lately..i have picked it up a bit and been making it a point to get my runs in...

approx. 3 miles last night half up hill, half down hill
