cycle 5, extended week 4 (redo of 5s) PushPress: 140x5 150x5 160x8 165x6 (for progress) Chins: 30x8 35x6 40x4 2 rounds Dips: are getting old..decided I will swap them out for Pushups..BW + whatever lb plate on my back for sets of x reps to total at least 100 did feet elevated pusups, BW only 3 sets of 20...real pushups work starts next cycle 3/5/1 cycle 5, extended week 4 (redo of 5's) squat: 325x5 345x5 365x5 -plus a few extra singles to re-inforce form PushPress: 165x25 total reps ab wheel rollout done between pushpress sets

Bench: 210x5 220x5 235x8 235x4 (a little extra) BB Row: 175x8 185x6 195x4 2 rounds SS w/ DB Bench: 70x80 total reps (done as many as possible between each set of rows) -beat my 71 reps from last week..will use more weight next week.

cycle 5, week 4 (5s again) Deadlift: 385x5 410x5 485x8 GHR: BWx10, 3 sets Hanging leg raise: BWx12, 3 sets -limited assistance today, body felt tired. had to workout today, as tomorrow will be a busy day..may wake up extra early 0430-0500 and get a small jog in...depends how I feel.
