thanks guys for the input! I definately feel like everything is "clicking" right now and I feel like I am making some serious progress..I think my body has adapted to my new training style
3/5/1 cycle 4, week 3 (1) Bench: 205x5 230x3 255x5 270x1, 2 sets Inc Bench: 195x10, 4 sets DB Row: 110x10, 4 sets bench felt great today..the last couple singles were paused, felt strong. assistance work is getting heavy, could not make it to 5 sets. had to cut one out.

Cycle 4, week 3 (1) Deadlift: 375x5 425x3 475x3 505x1, 2 sets Last set of deadlift felt great. Very light, almost like 405 RDL 205x10, 5 sets Ab twist from floor 25x12, 5 sets Time for a de load. My original plan was to max out and change up my training, I think I'm gonna run at least one more cycle. (That was planned in just in case I like this). Things seem to be progressing nicely right now.

I keep gaining weight (210 ish now, still relatively lean too), and to keep me sane about knowing it is not fat I am gaining, I must keep up the intensity on sprints! plus I am seeing some great carry over into the gym; I feel very conditioned Deload: box squat (12 inch box, just below parellel): 255x5, 3 sets SS w/ BW pullupsx10, 3 sets Power cleans: 165x5, 3 sets -getting better at the catch, dont need to bring myself into a full front squat now..although those do give an overall better "doing work" feel!

thanks superbilt!!! I am definately liking my progress.
So it's deload week, and I HATE them. Not because I dont want to deload, but because I feel like going to the gym to basically just warm up is a waste of my time and efforts...with the exception of squat day (was tuesday for me this week) today I decided to sleep in (I am deloading!!) after work I will be doing a light jog with some pushups, pullups, situps mixed in. I have to get my body ready for a PT test next week (only diagnostic to see where the unit is at)...I know I wont have a problem with it, but some GPP never hurts. today I will run 3 ish miles, nice jog..with 3 stops for pushups, situps and pullups..not sure how many of each..but a few "hard" sets wont hurt. after today, I will rest until Sunday, when I start my program again. :::::::::EDIT:::::workout from today is below 50 pushups 25 situps 10 chinups run 1 mile (7:30 pace) 50 pushups 25 situps 10 chinups run 1 mile (7:30 pace) 50 pushups 25 situps 10 chinups 26 minutes total not a bad little workout!! pushups were done as a huge set of 50. was only allowed to "rest" in the pushup position

cycle 5, week 1 (3) squat: 345x3 365x3 385x3 420x1, 2 sets 235x10, 4 sets Incline Ball Twist: 8lb ballx8 each side, 4 sets -had someone throw a ball out to my sides, caught it with one hand..worked the obliques well -squats felt good...lots of hard work, could only manage 4 sets
