cycle 4, week 2 (5) Squat: 315x5 335x5 365x7 -all sets great, felt very good/strong power clean: (more like f. squat cleans, learning the catch, it is almost easier to take it into a full on front squat) 160x5, 4 sets -these are taxing, 3-4 sets, MAX ab rollout: 5 sets, 10 reps

Could not make it to gym today, will use Saturday (off day) for Deadlift, then be back on pace to start final week of this cycle on Sunday. Going to be 3 days in a row in the gym. Should be fun

yesterday: military: 155x5 165x3 175x6 pullups: 15x8 20x6 25x4 2 rounds dips: 40x15, 5 sets today... squats: 315x5 360x3 400x2 420x1, 2 sets 235x10, 5 sets situps from floor 25x15, 5 sets all sets of squats went great, felt strong, good form
