With holiday hours at the gym coming up, it would be a waste of a good training week to deload now. I will run 5 s again, then deload on a reduced Christmas week..and pick up training again after the new year...so that's the plan! Plus I don't feel completely destryed yet...5s will be nice

Also did a few light power clean sets...trying to get the .form down...have a problem with the catch.

Body needs a deload now. Won't post next week, I doubt I will even get in the gym...de loading on this program is useless...its a warm up at best. I will be better off sleeping in, or doing a few sprint circuits...

12 x 30ish yard hill sprints with 20 lb vest.

10 pushups every other sprint

25 situps, 1 Min plank at end

20 Minute workout

Power clean
115x5, 3 sets

Getting better at the catch. Want to incorporate these, still looking at best placement. Looking at using these instead of standard front squats, since I catch the bar pretty low anyway.

Abdominal rollout
Bw x 10, 3 sets
