No, going on vacation next week, so I am over reaching and going to use vacation as my deload. I am very much enjoying this so far...it is plrasantly, suprisingly difficult.

This week is my deload, will not post any workouts I do..if anything light weights or bw/hiit workouts next week I start 2nd cycle of 3/5/1
