490x10, 5 sets (tough after squatting)

Decline Situp:

No, going on vacation next week, so I am over reaching and going to use vacation as my deload. I am very much enjoying this so far...it is plrasantly, suprisingly difficult.

Deadlift: (started doing my sets like the fsu club,, resetting fully between reps. Check their YouTube channel for an example)

405x26 (not a typo, re setting allowed way more reps, could have kept going...almost puked)

Goodmorning:
155x12, 5 sets

Leg raise
Bw x 12, 3 sets

Decline twist
35x 10, 2 sets

Body is ready to de load

Thanks guys! the goal was to overreach so I can enjoy vacation!

This week is my deload, will not post any workouts I do..if anything light weights or bw/hiit workouts

next week I start 2nd cycle of 3/5/1
