3/5/1 (1's)

235x4
275x1, 2 sets

Inc Bench:
170x10, 5 sets

feeling strong. my gym is closed Friday..so I may end up Deadlifting Tomorrow instead. I did obtain the door combo today, but am unsure if I am "right" even though I got the ok to use the facility. I think I will keep using the combo for emergencies when a closure is unforseen...the exception, not the rule.

170 for 5 sets of 10 on incline...that's some good number and volume for incline.
