Raw natonals in scranton, pa today..

Went very well

8/9 overall ( unfortinaty I forgot my camera, no video.)
Weighed in at 89.9 kg

Squat:
391- good lift
418- good lift (meet pr by 16 lbs)
435- good lift ( meet pr by 33 lbs) about all I had

Bench:
255- good lift
264- good lift ( tied previous best)
275- missed

Deadlift:
468- good lift
501- good lift ( meet pr by 11 lbs)
523- good lift ( pr by 8 lbs, meet pr by 33 lbs) felt really good like 8.5 rpe

Total: 1222 (+66 lbs)

Overall great day. Bench is my obvious weak point that I need to fix. I didn't crush any world records but dis gain some good experience. I was also able to meet our very own Ben, the owner of de novo nutrition...class act!

Will hit squat/ bench at 70 percent prob Thursday...then its back to work!

no training this week . Maybe a deload at 70 percent tomorrow for squat and bench . still planning my next train cycle it's gonna be brutal

Awesome day at the meet! I watched the lighter lifters on Friday but forgot to watch the big boys on Saturday and Sunday, so I missed you in action. Keep up the good work!

300x4x9 reps

(yes, SMOLOV!)

Bench:
205x3x5 reps paused

(working on a "smaller" max, need to fix my benching issues)
