Gym is closed tomorrow..apparently the AC cannot keep up with the heat.

-blessing in disguise, will allow me one extra rest day, allowing me to get back on M/W/F schedule (busy weekends lately), so if i need to get back to sun/tues/thurs later, it will be easier, since I will be tapering sets down after this coming week.

Thanks VeeKay! I do follow training blocks. Right now I am peaking for a competition...but I use a daily undulating periodization where my percentage used goes up throughout the week as well as during the training block

Week 1 would be 80,85,87
Week 2 would be 85, 87, 90

Etc.
